Agri-tourism / Agri-home

During the summer months from May to September we have many placements available in agri-tourism. Most of these placements are on farms that welcome guests to stay in the farmhouse. Nearly all of the work in these placements are indoors and are concerned with looking after the guests, helping to clean rooms and cook meals. There may be some work helping on the farm but this is not guaranteed.


For people interested in looking after children we have a large number of agri-home placements. These placements again involve more housework than farmwork and also incorporate the care of children.



Agri-tourism placements are great experience for people hoping to go into the hotel or tourism industries while the agri-home placements are wonderful experience for people hoping to go into childcare or teaching.
